By the end of this session, you will have a clear understanding of how to do the following: • Own and understand your response to change. • Guide yourself, your team or community stakeholders through your individual change journey. • Begin laying the foundation to weave accountability into your culture throughout your team and community stakeholders. • Build the tools to effectively cascade an aligned and change-ready mindset.
