The Public Records Act (PRA) provides a constitutional right of access to an agency’s records, including California healthcare districts. There is often confusion on what records are subject to a PRA request and how to best respond to these requests given the quick deadlines. Join this webinar to get familiar with the PRA and understand how electronically stored information (ESI) principles can help simplify PRA requests.
